Founded more than 100 years ago, LEO Pharma is an independent, research-based specialty pharmaceutical company committed to the discovery and development of novel drugs for patients within the areas of dermatology and critical care medicine. 

LEO is wholly owned by The LEO Foundation and the company is headquartered in Ballerup, Denmark, outside of Copenhagen, and is represented in more than 100 countries worldwide.

We are more than 3,500 specialised employees globally working to develop, produce and market our drugs.

The organisation is scalable and flexible, giving us plenty of opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration across the entire company. We share knowledge, ideas and skills that enable us to pursue innovative approaches, adopt new technologies and quickly adapt to new conditions.
