Recruitment at LEO

The recruitment process at LEO allows you to focus on the position you want.

The first step is to create a profile on our online job agent. The more specific you are about the kind of job you are looking for, the more accurate we can be when we notify you of new job openings that we think will interest you. And we value passion at LEO Pharma, so please tell us what you are passionate about.

We call all interesting applicants to an interview with the relevant head of department, and if you are selected for a second interview, you are asked to take a psychometric test beforehand.

If you apply for more than two positions at LEO Pharma, please make two separate applications; this will allow you to tailor your application and show us what really motivates you.
